Shipping Policy

We ship Bevage® electronic decanters and accessories from our fulfillment warehouse in the United States. Delivery times below are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local carrier conditions.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Canada
Standard Canada Shipping: 7–14 business days

Europe (Mainland EU)
Standard EU Shipping: 6–10 business days
Includes: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France (mainland), Austria, Denmark (mainland), Sweden (mainland), Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg.

Europe (Extended)
Extended EU Shipping: 10–18 business days
Includes: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, Andorra, Liechtenstein, San Marino.

Southeast Asia
Southeast Asia Shipping: 10–18 business days
Includes: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam.

Note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not from the order date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping option available for your region.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs handling fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are typically collected upon delivery. We do not control these fees and they are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. Some international services may show limited tracking updates until the parcel reaches the destination country.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipment fees may apply.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and include your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
